The “Chain Reactive Barrel Drums” is meant to make you focus on the sound that other people are making. Whenever you hit your drum, it will electronically hit someone else's drum half a second later. This is achieved by picking up your drum hit with a contact microphone and sending it to a transducer inside another drum(Transducers are a type of speaker that is made to vibrate things). This can then create a chain reaction of drum hits by the contact microphone hearing the sound of the transducer. This is all accompanied by visuals that show the movement of the sound from drum to drum.
